Francesco Putignano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Francesco started their professional journey in 2007 as a Fellow Researcher at Politecnico di Milano, where they focused on nuclear thermal hydraulics. In 2008, they joined Enel as a Nuclear Process Improvement specialist and later took on the role of ANAV CEO Staff - Project Management Office. In 2013, Francesco founded JonRon, and served as its Founder until 2014. Francesco then moved to viagogo, where they took up multiple positions, including Country Manager for Italy and the Nordics, as well as Head of International Expansion. Currently, Francesco is the Founder and CEO of Mela Works, a position they have held since November 2017.
Francesco Putignano has a diverse education background. Francesco obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2004. Later, in 2006, Francesco pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completing it in 2007. Additionally, in 2007, they also attained another Master of Science (MSc) degree, this time in Nuclear Engineering, from Politecnico di Milano. Finally, in 2013, Francesco attended INSEAD and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
