Saskia Salsabila Balqis has substantial experience in business development and partnership management, currently serving as a Business Development professional for Mekari Talenta HRIS since June 2021, where responsibilities include planning business presentations and providing solutions for clients related to HRIS. Prior to this role, Saskia worked as a Partnership Officer at WEWAW Indonesia, managing end-to-end partnerships and seeking new prospects. Additional experience includes leadership roles within AIESEC, project management at Indonesia Youth Foundation, and various positions focusing on business development and sales strategies across different organizations such as Girls Kode and Talkabot. Saskia holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Trisakti, obtained in January 2021.
