Aileen Bai is a Senior UX Designer at Meituan since December 2020, previously serving as a UX Designer at Amazon (July 2019 - November 2020) where significant contributions included designing customer experiences for medication management and improving accessibility across products. Prior experience includes UX design at Syllable (July 2017 - June 2019), focusing on patient-facing chatbots and enterprise applications for medical clients, and an instructional role at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where Aileen taught Visual Design. Aileen's early career featured UX internships at John Deere and Renrenche.com, alongside industrial design work at the China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute. Aileen holds a Master of Fine Arts in Interaction & Industrial Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Design from Beijing Forestry University.
