Orel Cohen has work experience in the field of IT and risk analysis. In 2022, they joined Meitav as the IT Chief of Staff. Prior to that, they worked at BlueVine, starting in 2020. At BlueVine, they held roles as a Risk Operational Analyst from August 2021 to July 2022 and as a Risk Data Analyst Intern from December 2020 to August 2021.

Orel Cohen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Open University of Israel. This educational achievement occurred from 2018 to 2022.
