Jim Hausman is an experienced professional in the real estate and legal sectors, currently serving as President of Eagle Rock Advisors LLC since October 2011. As the Founder and Fund Manager of both UOB Eagle Rock Multifamily Property Fund II LP and UOB Eagle Rock Multifamily Property Fund LP, Jim Hausman has played a pivotal role in multifamily investment strategies since 2016 and 2011, respectively. Additionally, Jim Hausman is a Partner at Eagle Rock Management LLC since January 2015 and has provided legal counsel at Meister Seelig & Fein LLP since June 1998. Jim Hausman holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law (1995) and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College-Hartford (1992).
