Oliver de Peyer, PhD, CSci, is an accomplished automation scientist currently working at MeiraGTx since January 2023, where the focus is on automating Manufacturing Science and Technology research pipelines. With a diverse background, Oliver has held various roles including Director of Molasses House Management Company Ltd since 2017, and previously served as an automation scientist at Ivy Farm Technologies and as an NHS Bank Scientist at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Experience also includes positions as an application specialist at Peak Analysis and Automation and co-principal investigator at Birmingham Open Media. Oliver was a lead point of contact for the UK SpaceLABS consortium and directed research in laboratory robotics at The Francis Crick Institute, where contributions extended to labor relations as a trade union representative. Academic qualifications include a PhD from the University of Reading and an MA from the University of Oxford, along with several professional development certifications.
