David Bentley FIH CFSP is an experienced professional in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as Specification Manager - Meiko Green at MEIKO UK since April 2024. With over 30 years of operational and consultancy expertise, David focuses on enhancing market awareness of Meiko food waste handling systems and their role in food waste management. As Director of Bentley Consulting (UK) Limited since October 2014, David has concentrated on delivering hospitality projects, leveraging a strong operational background to provide strategic and creative business solutions. David previously held the position of Director at The Russell Partnership from June 1989 to September 2014, where responsibilities included leading strategic consulting and overseeing design and operational teams. David holds an HND and BA in Hotel, Catering & Leisure Management from Cassio College, alongside a City & Guilds qualification in the same field.
