Paula Carvalho has extensive experience in leadership and communication within major organizations, currently serving as an Acionista at MegaGroup since November 2015, where the focus is on investing in innovative business projects and mentoring technology startups. Prior to this role, Carvalho worked at Portugal Telecom from November 2004 to July 2016, holding positions in Business Communication and Corporate Communication Management, overseeing various projects related to internal communication and web channel management. Additional experience includes a senior management role at PT Sistemas de Informação, Directora at Megamedia, and managerial roles at IST. In terms of education, Carvalho holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from IPAM, a Postgraduate degree in Advanced Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and has completed a course in Digital Transformation at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
