Oleg Telyukov is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and sales management across major telecommunications companies in Russia. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MegaFon since April 2021, Telyukov previously held the position of CEO at YOTA and accumulated significant experience at Tele2 Россия as Advisor to the COO and Area General Director for the North-West Macroregion. Telyukov's earlier career at MTS Group included various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Commercial Director for the B2C segment in the Moscow macro-region.
