Lour Hayek is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational program management and student recruitment. Currently serving as a Board Member at AWE - Arab Women Entrepreneurs since October 2022, Lour has been the Student Recruitment and Program Manager at MEET - Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow since September 2020, overseeing the recruitment process and leading a team of coordinators. Previously, Lour worked as a Student Coordinator at MEET from July 2018 to June 2020, focusing on empowering young entrepreneurs through a comprehensive skill-building journey.
