Faisal Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Faisal currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at CarCutter since November 2020. Prior to that, he worked as a Client Support Coordinator at Clipping Solutions Bangladesh Ltd. from December 2019 to November 2020. Faisal also worked as an Independent Consultant at Easy Financing from July 2019 to November 2019.

In 2018, Faisal held the position of Sr. Financial Officer at Consumer Financial Services. Faisal handled outbound loan processing for a US attorney funding project and performed telemarketing and email marketing duties. Faisal also worked as the Head of Operations at OASIS Net Link Ltd. and as a Team Leader for an international call center project.

Earlier in their career, Faisal worked as an IT Consultant at Evoque Publishing and as an Online Marketing Manager for BC Real Estate in Texas, where he remotely managed various responsibilities related to SEO, SMO, and US real estate management.

Faisal has also worked as an Independent Contractor at Adconion Direct/Amobee, CA, USA, and as an Assistant Manager at AskBangladesh.com Ltd, where he implemented and operated web admin control panels and optimized business websites through SEO. Faisal's work experience also includes serving as a Senior Executive at Superior Internet Solutions.

Faisal Kaiser's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Collegiate School & College in Chittagong, Bangladesh, where he completed his SSC (Secondary School Certificate) in the field of Science in 1995. Faisal then went on to study at Savar Cantonment Public School & College, earning his HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) in Science from 1995 to 1997.

Following his studies in Bangladesh, Faisal continued his education at Bangalore University, where he pursued a BBM (Bachelor in Business Management) degree from 1997 to 2000, focusing on Management, Marketing, and HR. Faisal furthered his education at the same university, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, from 2001 to 2004.
