Hester Rippen-Wagner is an experienced leader in the healthcare sector, serving as the Directeur-bestuurder at Stichting Kind en Ziekenhuis since September 2011, advocating for children and families in healthcare settings. Hester currently holds multiple governance roles, including as a board member for College Perinatale Zorg and Ervaringskenniscentrum (Sch)ouders, and is a member of the supervisory board for MEE and Wijkgezondheidscentrum Huizen.
