Mohamed Elfiky has over 8 years of experience in software engineering. Mohamed began their career in 2012 as a Web Developer at IMZ WEB, where they built an ASP. Net Hospital Management application and worked as a part-time Microsoft . Net Instructor. In 2013, they joined the Navy as a Software Engineer. In 2015, they were a Full Stack Software Engineer at 302Labs. Mohamed then joined Eventtus in 2016 as a Senior Backend Engineer, where they built Core service API v2, reporting & notifications services, and optimized payment's Backbone component performance. In 2018, they joined MEDWING as Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager, where they mentored and led 3 teams of 8 software engineers to develop multiple services and micro FrontEnds. Mohamed also built and led the implementation of the Placement Service, and built a Messenger module that increased operations productivity by 30%.

Mohamed Elfiky obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computers and Information Mansoura University, between 2009 and 2013.
