Valerie S. is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major organizations. Currently serving as Director of Multichannel Marketing & Innovation at Medtronic since June 2020, Valerie oversees marketing content localization and campaign creation to enhance the customer experience. Valerie is also the Chair of the APAC Medtronic Women Network, focusing on fostering a culture of female leadership. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Communications in various capacities at Medtronic and Communications Manager at Microsoft, enhancing brand communication strategies. Valerie's career began at SP Group, contributing to award-winning branding initiatives while holding a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Canberra.
