Tara Shewchuk is an accomplished Global Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Medtronic, with over a decade of experience in leading compliance strategies across various divisions, including the Americas Region and specific business units such as Restorative Therapies and Spine. Prior to Medtronic, Tara held significant roles at AbbVie, Resurrection Health Care, and Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital Center, where noteworthy achievements included the development of compliance programs and the management of complex healthcare compliance systems. In academia, Tara served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, delivering courses on Bioethics and Healthcare Compliance.
