Rodrigo Valladares is a Manufacturing Engineer at Medtronic, responsible for sustaining manufacturing processes for the TYRX product line since February 2024. Previously, Rodrigo served as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Nautique Boat Company, focusing on improvements to boat manufacturing processes from February to August 2023, utilizing CAD/CAM and data mining for efficiency. Prior experience includes an Engineering Intern role at NovaCharge, where troubleshooting of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations was performed, and leading the RMA process from July 2022 to January 2023. Rodrigo began a career in engineering as an Office Assistant at the University of Central Florida from May 2021 to July 2022. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida (August 2020 - December 2023) and an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering from Valencia College (2018 - 2020).
