Paul Underwood is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in supplier quality and compliance within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Principal Supplier Quality Engineer at Medtronic, Paul has previously held significant roles at MC3 Cardiopulmonary, Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, and Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, among others. Highlighted achievements include leading corrective action programs, ensuring successful new product introductions, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Paul holds a B.Eng in Production Engineering from the University of Limerick and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Carlow Institute of Technology.
