Dawood Mirza possesses extensive experience in the retail energy industry, currently serving as President of MedTractions since December 2011, where the focus is on IT, digital marketing, and M&A services tailored to unique client needs. Previously, Dawood held the position of Director of Digital & Alternate Sales Channels at Spark Energy, overseeing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns. Prior roles include Director of Alternate Sales Channels at Reliant Energy, where responsibilities included developing acquisition programs targeting residential customers in Texas, and Sr Sales Manager at AT&T, managing various sales operations. Dawood holds an MBA from Baker University and a BSC in Human Resources Management from Friends University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
