Kimberly Von Bargen has been working in the publishing industry for over 20 years. Kimberly started their career as a proofreading supervisor/quality analyst for the North Carolina General Assembly. In this role, they were responsible for managing the workload of the department by overseeing the proofing and processing of confidential legal documents. After leaving the Assembly, Von Bargen worked as a client relationship manager for LifePlan Group before taking on their current role as development editor at MedStudy. In their current position, they are responsible for developing and editing educational content for medical students and residents.

Kimberly Von Bargen received their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from City University of New York-Hunter College.
