William has held various leadership roles in different healthcare organizations, including Deputy Director at the MedStar Institute for Innovation and Executive Director of the MedStar Telehealth Innovation Center. With a background in emergency medicine and healthcare education, William has also served as Assistant Chief of Training & Education at Henrietta Ambulance and Research Director at the University of Rochester Medical Center. William Sheahan holds a Master of Public Administration from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY Geneseo.
