Aravinda Karanth P is a seasoned human resources professional with over 17 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Medreich Limited since July 2024, Aravinda previously held roles as Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager within the company. Prior to joining Medreich, Aravinda worked at Strides as a Senior Executive in HR, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement, and at ITC Filtrona as a Senior Executive, where responsibilities included training and development and compliance. Aravinda holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in HR from Mangalore University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Alva's College of Social Work.
