Mindy Shelton currently serves as Vice President of Vendor Contracts & Rebates at Medline Industries, LP, where responsibilities include managing over 500 rebated vendors with $6 billion in annual rebates and overseeing a team of 25+ employees across the US and India. Shelton's previous roles at Medline include Director and Manager of Vendor Rebates, with a focus on standardizing rebate processes, optimizing cash flow, and implementing systems like Vistex. Earlier experience includes a position as Data Analyst, managing vendor information, and as Operations Coordinator/Product Manager, identifying and launching new products. Prior to Medline, Shelton held a supervisory role at Kentwood Public Schools. Educational credentials include an MBA from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University, where participation on the Women's National Champion Hockey Team is noted.
