Courtney Bott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training, marketing, and innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Training and Vice President of Marketing at Medline Industries, LP since October 2019, Bott has previously held leadership roles at The Garage Group and Wise Apple, focusing on consumer informed growth strategies and brand development. Additionally, Bott contributed to the digital marketing landscape at The E.W. Scripps Company and Procter & Gamble, leading initiatives that revitalized brands and introduced innovative products. An adjunct professor at Lake Forest College, Bott teaches a human-centered approach to digital marketing. Bott holds a BBA in Marketing and Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame.
