Carol B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, finance, and operations within the healthcare and biotech industries. Currently serving as Director at Medline Industries, LP since February 2018, Carol also founded Creek School Advisory and has been providing advisory services since November 2014. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Anika Therapeutics, Inc. and Vice President of Marketing and International at Medtronic, Inc., where Carol played a key role in the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Early career experience includes significant positions in finance at Jockey International and Morgan Stanley, as well as a valuable internship at UNC Ventures.
