Keval Patel is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR and administration, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd since July 2014. In this role, Keval leads HR and admin functions across two manufacturing units, focusing on HR policy, talent acquisition, capability building, training and development, payroll, and compliance, among other responsibilities. Prior to this position, Keval worked as a Human Resources Officer and Trainee at Famy Care Ltd., developing a solid foundation in HR generalist functions. Keval holds an MBA from Saurashtra University and a B.Com in Accounting and Business Management from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
