Melanie Moss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melanie started their career as an Inside Sales professional at Teledyne Advanced Materials in 1992. Melanie then moved on to work at Disctronics as a Customer Service/Print Production Scheduling employee from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they joined Disc USA as a Customer Service Manager from 2001 to 2006. Melanie then transitioned to Utech Dallas as a Production Control Manager from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they joined both Medium Giant and CDFX/Marketingfx simultaneously, serving as a Director of Operations at Medium Giant (ongoing) and as an Operations Manager at CDFX/Marketingfx (until 2022). Overall, Melanie has held various managerial roles and has expertise in sales, customer service, production control, and operations management.

Melanie Moss attended KDS DAR High School from 1986 to 1990. Melanie later enrolled at Northeast Alabama State Jr. College from 1990 to 1992, earning a degree in General Studies with a focus on Arts and Math.
