Tracie Cassarino currently serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at MediStreams, LLC, starting in July 2023. Previously, Tracie held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Cedar from June 2021 to March 2022 and at OODA Health, which was acquired by Cedar, from January 2021 to June 2021. Prior to that, Tracie spent nearly five years at Zelis, first as Senior Vice President of Account Management for Zelis Payments and then as Vice President of Account Management. Tracie's career also includes roles at athenahealth as Director of Enterprise Client Services and Client Account Executive, and event sales experience at The Old Lantern. Tracie’s extensive background in client services began at GE Healthcare, where Tracie served as Director of Client Services for nearly eighteen years.
