Nick Dodds serves as the Joint Managing Director at Medisoft Limited since August 2017, leading the UK's top supplier of electronic medical record systems in eye care, with products also used in several European countries. Additionally, Dodds is a Non-executive Director and Board Trustee at The Alcohol & Drug Service, a charity addressing substance misuse. Previously, Dodds spent five years at EMIS as Customer Operations Director, overseeing operational improvements and customer experience in healthcare IT. Dodds began a career at PlusNet, progressing through several management roles in contact center operations, ultimately managing a team of 240 staff. Dodds earned an LLB in Law from Newcastle University from 1997 to 2000.
