Janina Kaiser had their first work experience as a Bachelor-Student at Jim + Jimmy GmbH from May 2015 to October 2018. Janina then worked as a Gesundheitsmanager at the same company from November 2018 to October 2020.

From November 2020 to August 2021, Janina worked as a Vertriebsmitarbeiterin im Telemarketing at MEDIFOX DAN GmbH. Janina then transitioned to the role of Junior Sales Communication Manager at the same company from September 2021 onwards.

Additionally, starting in July 2021, Janina gained experience as a Groupfitness Instructor at Die Active-Lounge.

Janina Kaiser completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Gesundheitsmanagement from the Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement in 2018. Janina then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement from the same institution, which they completed in 2020.
