Mathilde Mallard serves as Chief of Staff at Mediflash since January 2024, leading the launch of a new business unit through market studies and data analysis, while managing strategic projects to enhance operational performance. Previously, Mathilde held the Chief of Staff position at Arianee and was actively involved in developing commercial strategies and optimizing internal processes. Mathilde's earlier roles included business development and project management at Be Maad and Sparkl Trade, along with marketing support at NEOMA Business School and event organization as Vice President of Team Challenge Rouen. Mathilde possesses a Master’s degree in Entrepreneuriat from NEOMA Business School and an additional Master’s in Économie internationale from Shippensburg University.
