Keith Ruckstuhl is the SVP of People Services at Medicus Solutions. Keith has over 20 years of experience in organizational development and human resources. Keith has a deep understanding of how to build and improve upon HR systems and processes. Keith is known for their servant leadership style and their ability to build relationships with people at all levels of an organization.

Keith began their career at BMC - Building Materials and Construction Services, where they were responsible for building all of talent/strategic HR from scratch, including L&D, LD, succession planning, reward & recognition, HR strategic planning, HR analytics, and more. Keith also improved existing HR/talent processes, for example enabling company-wide performance reviews on the HRIS platform. Keith supported an HRIS FEIN conversion, developed the formal sales incentive plan, and worked on operational projects (FP&A combined company financial dashboards, etc.).

In 2015, Keith was recruited by The Home Depot to be their Organizational Development Strategist. In this role, they were responsible for enterprise Org Design, Change Management, and internal consulting on alignment and business agility. Keith led multiple large projects, including the integration of multiple large ($1B+) acquisitions, the redesign of multiple large functions (IT, Creative, etc.), and the design and deployment of a Flexible Workforce program (pre-pandemic). Keith served on the HR Innovation team during their time at The Home Depot.

Keith Ruckstuhl has a MA and PhD in Psychology from West Virginia University as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Florida.
