Mari Vodislav is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Medicover Romania since February 2018, Mari previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager at Arcade Property Management from 2013 to January 2018, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, and implementing compensation programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Lugera&Makler as Workforce and Outsourcing Services Manager and Human Resources Senior Consultant, as well as serving as Applications Expert at Loteria Romana. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from SNSPA and a degree in Economical Engineering from Bucharest Polytechnic Institute.
