Melanie Potter is currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Analyst and previously held the roles of Training and Development Specialist and Human Resources Intern at Mainsail Lodging & Development since July 2021. Key contributions include completing a job analysis and conducting an engagement survey project, as well as gaining insights into training and development at Luminary. Prior to this, Melanie worked as an Assistant Club Manager at New Horizons of SWFL from September 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing a computer classroom focused on enhancing reading comprehension for underserved youth, mentoring students towards academic success, and monitoring academic progress through statistical data compilation. Melanie Potter holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuropsychology from Florida Gulf Coast University.
