James Kisiel currently serves as the HCM Director at MUSC Health since January 2024. Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at Huron from January 2020 to January 2024, including Workday Consulting Manager and various consultant roles. James's experience also includes serving as an HRIS Consultant and Business Analytics Consultant at PNC from February 2018 to January 2020, as well as a Lead Specialist for GBS Data & Reporting at Mylan from May 2016 to February 2018. Earlier career roles included Data Analyst positions at OnDemand Energy Solutions and Management Science Associates, Inc. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and an Associate of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from PennWest California, along with prior education at Valley Forge Military Academy & College.
