Shirra Subsinsky has over 25 years of experience in customer service and management within the healthcare and insurance industries. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Experience at Medical Mutual since March 2008, Shirra has also held the roles of Director of Customer Care, Manager of Government Programs Appeals and Grievances, and Customer Care Manager during tenure at the same company. Prior experience includes a position as Call Center Manager at Progressive Insurance from May 1997 to November 2007.
