Michelle Cannarella has extensive experience in technology management and project delivery, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Information Systems at Medical Mutual since May 2016. In this role, Michelle leads a team focused on critical technology platforms for the Customer Care department, facilitating collaboration between business and IT to implement innovative strategies. Formerly, Michelle held positions as Director of IT Application Services and Project Manager in the Retail and Consumer Products sector, contributing to significant technology solutions and serving as a liaison between technical and business teams. Additional experience includes leading Contact Center Technologies at Sterling Jewelers, managing projects at AG Interactive, and working as a Contractor-Programmer Analyst at NASA Glenn Research Center. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Psychology from Heidelberg University.
