Jennifer Sadd has over 25 years of experience in network management and electronic data interchange (EDI) within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Manager of Network Management at Medical Mutual since August 2008, Jennifer previously held the position of Regional Network Administrator. Prior roles include EDI Implementation Specialist at Emdeon Business Services, where Jennifer enhanced EDI for 300 hospitals/providers, and Medicare Specialist at Medical Mutual of Ohio, responsible for managing substantial claim volumes and resolving payment issues. Jennifer possesses a BA in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
