Lily Rhodes has a diverse work experience in the field of medical device design and development. Lily currently holds the position of R&D Project Manager at Medical Murray since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an R&D Engineer II from April 2022 to July 2022, where they were involved in contract design and development of medical devices for various applications. Lily effectively communicated design ideas and project status to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Before Medical Murray, Lily worked as an R&D Engineer I at the same company from September 2020 to April 2022, and as an Associate R&D Engineer from June 2019 to September 2020.
