Andrea Vugrinec-Migliaccio is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at the Medical College of Wisconsin since April 2021. Previously, Andrea held roles as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at Northwestern Mutual from January 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing training for ATS, enhancing client and candidate experiences, and ensuring compliance with OFCCP guidelines. Earlier in their career, Andrea served as an Assistant Vice President and Recruiting Officer at JPMorgan Chase from 2004 to December 2014, where recognition was gained as a skilled recruiter for Chase branded businesses, implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a graduate of Pius XI High School.
