Michael Singer is a Clinical Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center and UT Health San Antonio, with a focus on clinical education and research in ophthalmology. As the founder of the Retina Research Program since 2009, Michael has guided residents towards prestigious fellowships. With extensive experience in clinical trials through roles at Medical Center Ophthalmology Associates as the Director of Clinical Research and as a Vitreoretinal Surgeon, Michael has enhanced patient care through innovative practices. Additionally, Michael co-founded Dolce Food Corporation, promoting health-conscious products and contributing to diabetes education. Michael's past leadership as Chairman of the Retina Department at Southern California Permanente Retina Group further highlights a commitment to advancing retina care standards. Michael holds a Doctor of Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine and completed a fellowship at Piedmont Hospital.
