Jon Pearce is a board member at Medical Alley Association, a non-profit membership organization that supports the healthcare ecosystem in Minnesota and around the world. Jon is also the co-founder and former CEO of Zipnosis, an online platform that connects patients with providers for care.
Jon Pearce has a background in software engineering and product management. Jon began their career at ProVation Medical, where they worked as a software engineer and product manager for five years. In 2008, they joined the University of Minnesota Venture Center as an analyst, where they were responsible for evaluating opportunities for commercialization, building management teams, and negotiating with external investors.
In 2009, Jon Pearce co-founded Zipnosis with the goal of transforming how and where patients and providers connect for care. Under their leadership as CEO, Zipnosis grew to become one of the leading telemedicine platforms in the United States. In 2021, Zipnosis was acquired by Bright Health Group.
Jon Pearce is a passionate advocate for the healthcare ecosystem in Minnesota and around the world. Jon is a Board Member of Medical Alley Association, the largest healthcare community in the world. In this role, they work to support the development of new healthcare technologies and companies.
Jon Pearce received their MBA in entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Jon also holds a B.A. in Russian Language from St. Olaf College.
