Brandi Parcel has extensive experience in the healthcare and education sectors, currently serving as the Provider Networks Contract Manager at Dean Health Plan, Inc. since November 2008, where roles have included Contractor, Provider Network Supervisor, Provider Relations Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist. Prior experience in speech therapy includes positions at Perry Township Schools, North Green School District, and Westville School District from 2001 to 2008.
