Taylor Hicks-Edsell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both emergency services and retail management. Currently serving as a Non-Emergency Transport Coordinator at Medic (Mecklenburg EMS Agency) since November 2017, Taylor oversees all aspects of non-emergency transports, including patient care and resource allocation, while managing a high volume of monthly trips. Previously, Taylor held the position of 911 Telecommunicator, demonstrating skills in emergency call processing and resource dispatching.
