Mel Exon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Trustee at Media Trust and The Literacy Pirates, and a Board Advisor at The Writer, Mel has demonstrated a commitment to both literacy and media. Previous experience includes serving as Campaigning Chair and Executive member at WACL, and as a Board Trustee at Doteveryone. Mel has significant tenure at Bartle Bogle Hegarty, holding various positions including Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer, where major global client relationships were developed and innovative marketing strategies were implemented. Mel co-founded BBH Labs, focusing on pioneering new marketing models, and has a solid educational background with a BA Hons in Russian and German from Durham University.
