Alex Waldron is a dedicated data engineer with experience at MediaSense since February 2022. Previously, Alex completed a PhD in Engineering at Imperial College London from 2017 to 2021, focusing on mathematical optimization and numerical computing methods for hydraulic model optimization in water distribution networks. Prior to the PhD, Alex undertook summer internships, including a position at Laing O'Rourke in 2016 working on sub-level gantries for Hinkley Point C and at Mott MacDonald in 2015 in the building and infrastructure sector. Alex holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol, awarded in 2017, and also studied at the University of California, Berkeley from 2015 to 2016.
