Fokke Jansen has extensive experience in customer service and coaching, currently serving as a Senior Kennisteam and previously as a Kennisteam medewerker and Customer Service Agent at Mediahuis Noord since February 2020. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Nuon from February 2005 to April 2017, where Fokke Jansen worked as a Floorcoach, specializing in innovative conversation techniques, and as an Energie Adviseur, engaging in direct customer contact. Fokke Jansen began the professional journey at ING, where various administrative roles were undertaken from July 1986 to August 2004. Educational background includes training at a wellness institute and completing multiple yoga courses between 2007 and 2017.
