Cayal Mathura currently serves as SVP, Growth & Partnerships at Media.Monks since October 2018. Prior to this role, Cayal was Managing Director at Smoke & Mirrors from June 2011 to May 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations in New York and Mexico, managing various creative and technological divisions, and creating award-winning content. Additionally, Cayal held the position of Global Head of Audio/Production, managing production teams and focusing on business development and client services. Earlier in the career, Cayal worked at Discovery Inc from November 2004 to June 2011 as Production Lead, managing project initiatives and production teams. Cayal holds a degree from The University of Manchester and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Birkbeck, U. of London.
