Kimberly Harper is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in security and technical support, particularly on the IBM System i platform. Currently serving as an IBM iSeries Administrator at MEDHOST since February 2006, Kimberly has also held various roles within the company, including Customer Support Call Center Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, Education Team Leader, and Technical Systems Educational Instructor & Developer. Previous experience includes positions at Gwinnett Technical College as an Adjunct Professor, at Holox Ltd as a Technical Support Specialist, and at BellSouth as a Technical Manager/Call Center Representative. Kimberly holds an M.S. in Technology Management from Mercer University and a BA in English from Middle Tennessee State University.
