Guillaume Mounier is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Private Equity at Investissement Québec since January 2021, leading direct equity investments primarily in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors with investment sizes ranging from $5M to $100M. Mounier holds various board roles, including Board Member and Observer at MEDFAR, Petal, and multiple observer positions at Talent.com, Explorance, Solotech Inc., and Sharethrough. Prior to their current roles, Mounier was Vice President in M&A Corporate Finance at Deloitte, specializing in sell-side, buy-side, and capital advisory mandates, and gained substantial experience in investment banking through roles at Crédit Agricole CIB and Drake Star Partners. Mounier earned a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from TBS Education and has studied at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
