Patricia Sikora is an experienced Release Manager at Medecision since June 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive release planning, coordinating communication, and tracking risks for successful product delivery. From January 2015, Patricia also serves as the Chapter Lead for the Business Executive Networking Group. Previously, Patricia held roles at Siemens Medical Solutions USA, including Director of Engineering, managing product portfolios and ensuring timely delivery of cross-functional software systems. Prior roles at Siemens involved senior management, focusing on product management for multiple ERP and EHR systems. Patricia's career began at Shared Medical Systems, with progressive roles from Programmer to Group Leader, and included earlier experience as a Programmer at Northeastern Bank of PA and a Programming Lab Assistant at Penn State University. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University.
